How are credits charged?

Only after a task completes, based on actual usage. Rates vary by task: email drafts from 3 credits each, worksheets from 7 credits per question, slides from 15 credits per page. Full rates are on the Pricing page, and your remaining balance is always shown at the top of the screen.

How are the paid plans structured?

Three plans — Basic, Pro, and Premium — each granting a monthly credit allotment. Credits are granted in full at payment; monthly billing is valid for one month, annual for twelve months over a year, saving up to 40%. See the Pricing page for current rates in your region.

Can I buy more credits if I run out?

While subscribed, you can buy top-up packs. Larger packs add up to 25% bonus credits, and unused top-up credits stay valid for up to one year.

Does it really export to Korean HWP (.hwp/.hwpx)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It generates Korean HWPX natively — created in the browser and downloaded directly, no Hancom Office install needed. Worksheets, reports, and official documents all come as HWP you can edit as-is, and PDF, Word, Excel, and PPTX are supported the same way.

What files can I attach as reference?

Attach HWP, HWPX, PDF, Word, Excel, and PPT documents plus images (including pasted screenshots) — our conversion engine reads them and reflects the content in what it generates. You can drag whole folders, and attaching reference files is free.

How is an AI bot different from regular chat?

Each bot has a fully separate persona, default model, and long-term memory. Memory builds up automatically after each conversation, you can teach it by uploading files or import another bot’s memory, and bots can even collaborate to produce a single answer.

Can I edit a document I already made with AI?

Yes. Attach an HWP, Word, PPT, or PDF and a section-by-section editor opens while keeping the original formatting. You direct edits by chat and review and approve page by page, so only the parts you want change — safely.

Do equations and CJK/Korean fonts break in slides?

Complex equations and CJK/Korean typesetting are handled at print quality. After generating, polish drag, colors, and text in the browser editor and export to PPTX or PDF. Choose from three modes: a fast budget draft, Advanced reflecting your references and PPT templates, or Expert-grade PDF with per-page regeneration.

How do I pick the AI model?

The default is auto-recommend — HanFlow assigns the model that fits the task. You can also pick the Advanced, Premium, or Ultra model yourself, and the estimated credits are shown before you generate.

Is my data safe? Is it used to train AI?

Accepted Answer

Your inputs and outputs are not reused to train AI. Traffic is encrypted, and uploaded files and results are kept in your workspace and can be deleted anytime (permanently from the trash). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Who owns the copyright of generated documents?

They belong to you and can be used commercially.

What is the refund policy?

If you haven’t used any credits within 7 days of payment, you get a full refund. After you start using them, the refund is calculated by the proportion of credits remaining. Request it via Billing → payment history → refund, or at info@qmscience.net, and it’s processed within 3 business days.
