Guides for every feature, plus the places people usually get stuck. If you can’t find your answer, send us a note below — we reply within 1–2 business days.
You get free credits on sign-up. Type what you want in one line on the home screen and press Generate. If you only need an answer, leave it as is; if you need a file, tick HWP, Word, Excel, PPT or PDF.
Hangul (HWP/HWPX), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF. Tick several formats and the content is generated once and converted per format, which costs less.
Yes. Attach a blank HWP, Word, Excel, PPT or PDF form and we fill only the empty fields, keeping your layout and returning the same format.
Use the language button at the bottom of the left sidebar — Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, Spanish, French and German. Answers follow the language you write in.
Add files under “Attach reference files”, or drag a whole folder in. Screenshots can be pasted with Ctrl+V, and attaching is free.
Auto-recommend is the default. Advanced suits short answers, Premium suits documents, and Ultra suits plans or reports of three pages or more. Match the model to length and difficulty rather than always going higher.
Generate the full draft first, then use “Generate in detail” on each section from the completion screen. Refining section by section beats writing everything at once.
Every output is saved to Workspace and every chat or generation to Tasks. Deleted items can be restored from the trash.
Each bot has its own persona, default model and long-term memory, fully isolated. What you tell a work bot never leaks into a personal one, and useful details are remembered automatically after a conversation.
Use “Memory” on the bot card to add notes directly or upload a file to be distilled — and you can copy selected memories over from another bot.
Open “AI Schedules” in the sidebar. Set the task and the time — once, every N minutes, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly — and our servers run it and keep the result. It runs even with your browser closed.
Yes — “New schedule” → “Create by chat”. Write something like “every Monday at 8 a.m., summarize last week’s results” and we read the time and repetition into a draft you can edit before saving.
In AI Slides, give a topic and you get the outline, body and diagrams. Choose between an expert-grade draft (PDF) and an editable PPTX.
Yes. The editor lets you change text, colors, images and shapes, and regenerate or approve individual pages. Undo (Ctrl+Z) is supported.
Illustrations, icons, diagrams and infographics — plus compositing new elements into your own photo and repairing images with broken text. Pick from over a thousand styles or define your own.
Upload HWP, Word or PDF to AI Document Edit and it rewrites paragraph by paragraph while preserving the original structure. Keeping your formatting intact is the whole point.
Upload receipt photos or PDFs and we read the date, merchant, amount and card number, rename the files, sort them into folders by the last four card digits, and produce a zip plus a consolidated Excel. 5 credits per receipt.
Give the company, client, items and a target total, and you get a quote and transaction statement (Excel and PDF) with realistic line items, plus a draft tax-invoice email. 30 credits per set; comparison quotes are 10 credits each.
Paste a screenshot of a chat or email thread and we write the reply in your own tone, which you can save and reuse. 3 credits per reply, plus 5 credits per screenshot read.
Choose subject, grade and topic to generate curriculum-level questions, then download the worksheet and answer key as HWP or PDF. Attach a passage or textbook and questions are drawn from it. 7 credits per question (Advanced) or 21 (Premium).
Each feature has a set price. For work with variable length, such as chat, we hold an estimate up front and settle against actual usage when it finishes. Your balance appears in the top badge and on the Billing screen.
A subscription grants credits every month; a pack is a one-off purchase for when you need more. Packs are available to subscribers, and larger packs include a bonus.
Failed or cancelled work is refunded automatically. When only part succeeds — some slides, for example — you are refunded for the failed part.
On the pricing page and in the refund policy document. Receipts and payment history are always available on the Billing screen.
Invite members from the Team screen to share one workspace. There are four roles — Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer — and external guests are view-only and expire after 30 days.
Yes, create a share link from the workspace item. Set a period and the link closes itself afterwards.
Paid plans include 10 GB of drive storage, and current usage is shown at the top of the workspace.
Large documents and decks can take several minutes. Work continues on our servers even if you navigate away, and you can watch progress under Tasks. If nothing moves, cancel and retry — cancelled work is refunded.
Try Hangul 2018 or later, or the Hancom Office viewer, and check whether a browser extension is intercepting downloads. If it still fails, attach the file to a 1:1 inquiry and we’ll look into it.
For security you have to sign in again after a while. Multiple tabs stay in sync; if it happens far more often than that, check your browser’s cookie-blocking settings.
Be more specific — audience, length, must-include points — and attach reference material. For documents, drafting first and then refining section by section makes the biggest difference.
Pricing, security and adoption questions are covered in more depth in the FAQ.
