Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access for the period you have already paid for.

Updates: all updates within the same major version (1.x) are free.

Sign-in and a periodic online check are required. After the grace period, the program won't run until it can check in again.

License scope

One license covers one PC. Adding more assistants still means the same single PC.

Once your payment is confirmed, enter the program’s device number under «My devices» on this page to get your key. To switch PCs, free up the old slot and get a new key on the new PC.

Withdrawal and refunds

Only requests made within 7 days of the payment date are refundable.

Refunds are for the full amount of a payment only; there are no partial refunds.

A refunded perpetual license’s key becomes invalid.
